Marinepool is pleased to announce a two year agreement with OSG Racing Team, the reigning world champion in the P1 Powerboat World Championship.
Marinepool, Fendi and Kiton are literally sitting in one boat!
Giancarlo Cangiano, the 2009 world champion, throttleman and team ownder, has teamed up with Luca Formilli Fendi from the famous Fendi family. Kiton, the most exclusive gentlemen´s fashion brand in the world is providing official clothing to the team, while Marinepool has an exclusive agreement with OSG racing to supply technical clothing, maritime fashion, luggage and shoes.
The former fierce competitors in the P1 circuit will form a formidable team and will be the boat to beat in the 2010 season.
The new race boat was introduced to the public in a ceremony at the noble Circolo Canottiere Aniene, the most prestigious yacht club in Rome, if not all Italy.
The P1 Powerboat World Championship will comprise the following races:
May: Yalta, Ukraine
June: La Valetta, Malta
July: Costa Smeralda, Italy
September: Siracusa, Italy
October: Stresa, Italy + 100 Miles del Lario, Como, Italy
Furthermore OSG Racing will take part in the UIM-APBA World series in Key West, Florida, USA in November
